I can also assist with the install of your scheme, provide skilled tradesmen and manage contractors on site ensuring the work is completed smoothly and to a high standard of finish.

I am with you every step of the way, highlighting issues as they occur, controlling the situation when it gets complicating, limiting the stress and finding ways to reduce the financial costs that can often escalate when things are not properly planned and managed. Interior Design

To me Interior Design isn’t just an art its a science.

My ambition is to enhance your space both aesthetically and practically. Through focused research, experience and co-ordination I can plan and execute the most quintessential environments possible for my clients.

Going one step further than conceptual development and space planning, with the full interior design package, I, as your designated designer will produce technical site drawings for contractors to refer to. They will create specification documents relating to the design, listing the selected fabric and finishes and where to purchase them. I will source lighting, furniture and accessories all in keeping with the overall look and feel of the interior theme or scheme.

And if that’s not enough I am available to make, in fact I insist upon making, regular site inspections once the project is in play. Communicating with your chosen site contractors to ensure the design is delivered as planned. With a final inspection at the end of project to confirm the execution of the design is complete.

Design & Install

Taking my Interior design service to the ultimate level I can also assist with the co-ordination of contactors and skilled specialists. I will program the install of flooring, decoration, electrics and lighting, plumbing, joinery, window dressings, delivery of furniture, kitchens and bathroom suites.

With an extensive list of contractors and skilled tradespeople available to me, you can be assured that the execution of your design will be smooth and stress free. I will provide quotes and help quantify a price for the overall project. My consistent presence on site will enable me to discover issues early and react quickly to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum. You will be kept informed at each stage and all financial decisions will need client sign off before proceeding.

For small projects I can assist with the on-site project management and for larger projects or commercial ones, I can assign you with a site manager who will be in attendance throughout the installation.
